Lost weight
Gained a new hobby making beats
Became anxiety and depression free
Having a better sense of who I am and what kind of people I want around me
Became way more mature
More confident
you see how fast you switched up from arguing with a suicidal person to now trying to fake motivate someone who expressed their trauma
thats that fake positivity. Nothing I hate more than lies and fakeness. You haven't gotten over s***
Everybody is not out to get you, have a good day!
I got worse overall too but there's no way you didn't improve in at least one aspect in your life
Well I entered corporate America and I realized how two faced people and that they only care about themselves and that they only help you if it benefits them I’m some way
I also learn the hard way by keeping co workers as co workers and not friends because you can’t trust anyone in Corp America
Now I don’t give a damn about anyone anymore
More positive mentally and in conversation
More outgoing towards new people I meet
Learnt how to study smarter not longer
Getting better at standing up for myself
Lost weight
Started dressing better
since I graduated from high school in 2016
I’ve started reading which is something I always wanted to pick up.
I’m still managing certain things like anxiety/depression but I’ve been relatively good in quarantine. I tend to not blow things up as much as I used to and just go with the flow.
I really want to work out and gain some weight but it’s been a hard process for me I admit. I always get into a routine and instantly fall off. But I’m dedicated to do so.
I would love to gain more confidence and learn how to communicate better. I need friends badly, sucks not having an immediate circle.
Fitness. I’ve lifted for a while but didn’t really take it serious until about 2 years ago. Now I try to work out 4-6 times a week and usually do

Lol I’ve improved taking care of my hair, so it grows
I’m black with 4c hair, or hair doesn’t really grow well unless you pay attention to it.
Negative minded people crack me up man. Just stop thinking negatively its literally that easy. Just smile and you will actually smile every time thats how it works, you are programmed to feel good when you smile
edit: post was deleted
No it's not "literally that easy" lol. You shouldn't think that just because it was easy for you it'll be easy for everyone.

How you improve your magic skills? If you teach me how, and I'll teach you some of my skills like nunchuck skills, bow hunting skills, computer hacking skills. Girls only want boyfriends who have great skills

If you want to work out, the most important factor is discipline. It's easy to come up with a routine or to do it he first day, but doing every day is the when it gets tough. For me, what really helped was catching myself whenever I made an excuse for procrastinating on my sets for the day and motivating myself to go do it. Gotta be your biggest cheerleader lol.
Making friends is very tough, especially as an adult. What helped me was just talking and being nice to strangers, whether it's the guy in front of me at a line, my uber, or a classmate. You'd be surprised by how many interesting convos start with "hi, how are you"
