    Great bit in there about perceptions of self. He argues there are 4 cases that encompass all perceptions of you/yourself:

    1) how you perceive you
    2) how others perceive you
    3. how others think you perceive you
    4) how you think others perceive you

    Or something along those lines. I don't think it was the takeaway, but it reduced any anxiety I had about how I was viewed by others.
