    Idk what you mean, it wouldn’t have blown up to its heights without him, but he didn’t create that sound, he just brought new elements to it, really made melody and hooks matter in those songs

    I guess he's not singularly responsible for the genre, but it'd be super difficult to really pinpoint any one person because new styles of music are rarely individual. Keef was far and away the most influential and biggest name in drill music from its inception
