I get anxiety sometimes and I got depression out the ass so something that works for me is blasting punk/metal songs I like.
Idk it just helps me to drown out all the bad thoughts/feelings. Hopefully this thread can help people share what works for them and someone else can use it idk

Music and driving and they both together.
Cleaning my place, exercise, cooking a nice meal, journaling, bathing, riding my motorcycle, going through my photos, therapy.
Deep breathes. Look up breathing exercises they really work wonders.
The Wim Hof method does wonders.
Nicotine is huge for me. If not that breathing/meditation and stepping back from everything to clear your head helps a lot
