    I get anxiety sometimes and I got depression out the ass so something that works for me is blasting punk/metal songs I like.

    Idk it just helps me to drown out all the bad thoughts/feelings. Hopefully this thread can help people share what works for them and someone else can use it idk

    If you have the energy for it please read a book called Spark by John Ratey. Truly an invaluable resource and it will be well worth the time you spend reading it
