so I'm 23 & i decided to go back to school last year for film, my grades were great but i hated every second of actually being in class. it was a community college but still; anyways dropped it last semester and thinking of going back just to finish but idk it seems most jobs come from connections rather than a piece of paper. I'm willing to work for my money but minimum wage is a joke and I just lost a pretty good job. lost rn bros what y'all think? in ny btw for any suggestions

I’ve been working since 18 have a hell of a resume and lost my apartment last year. I moved in with my grandma and started going to school. College aint for everyone but it makes life a hell of a lot more easy.

If u wanna do film just get a regular job and fund your own s***

18 on my second semester and honestly considering dropping out and picking a trade and focus on producing music. the only class i enjoy being in is music production class so I think that’s saying something lmao.

If you want to do film you have to be a sicko and try to be #1 otherwise you’ll just end up a wedding photographer like the rest of the failed photography/videographer people

I can only give you anecdotal advice and say stay in school and make music throughout. meg the stallion did it so can you. unless you hate school; but don't drop it for music
