    Experimenting with different things. I've been out of the gym for about 3 weeks or so and that's usually my go to.

    Going on walks, taking supplements, having a few drinks or a cigarette, what's your go to?

    I'm looking for something that can be added as a daily routine though so obviously not hard d**** or anything

    Cold showers in the morning, amazing stuff, you get addicted

    1 spray of cologne on my clothes to stay fresh, but not overpowering

    Get good shoes made for walking, but not too much cushion, it’ll affect your gait over time

    On walks, focus on your posture

    Stretch when you’re bored on not doing anything, stretching is vital

    Fast when you can, skip the sweets, ask yourself “do I really need this?” Or “am I actually hungry? Or just bored?” Etc.

    Driving around a neighbor I've never been to is nice too. Driving through an expensive neighborhood and look at the houses and scenery

    Tbh I just looked up stretches on YouTube and Google and see what made me feel the best

    I’ve found contentness and peace thru a shift in perspective where I understand that my s*** will never be truly together, there’s always another step forward or another obstacle life will throw at me. Peace and quiet will never be together

    Boil the final parts down to "be deliberate with nearly everything you choose to do/ engage in"

    Yeah something I've thought of for a long time but had trouble putting into practice (being deliberate)

    I think it's undervalued and overlooked and understated as a mode of life for the most part
