Yeah something I've thought of for a long time but had trouble putting into practice (being deliberate)
I think it's undervalued and overlooked and understated as a mode of life for the most part

Have realistic expectations of what you’re capable of.
People spend too much time comparing themselves to someone in an entirely different lifestyle and it leads to false expectations and disappointment

i love driving for no reason. one time i drove from jersey to connecticut just to clear my mind. it's the best
