I'm a Marketing & Communication Strategist at a startup, most of my work is SEO/SEM, content writing, and product copywriting. Been in this role for a year and I love it. Without getting into details, I get to work on a product I believe in and that supports a more ethical form of affordable housing alternative.

solid, I've been lucky to find great employees, I mostly do quality control and marketing for the business, looking to expand into maintaining ads accounts soon though

Depending on the industry and brand name recognition, highly recommend experimenting with InMail as well. I had a client at a previous gig that I ran InMail for and, granted that the KPI assumed a high CPL, the campaign ended up paying for the entire year's retainer within a month and a half by delivering extremely well-warmed leads to their inside sales dept.

$5 per ad but I run all over the place
since they started charging there are less posts which means yours stays up top for a long while depending on the area
ton of eyes for a good price compared to google
also your ad has to be perfect

I'll look into it, not familiar
I typically focus on your typical small businesses like auto, landscaping, hairstylists
but that's interesting for sure, I'll a/b it no doubt

FB ads are on the ropes a bit post iOS 14, though. Not to the point that it's not an obvious industry leader, but bear in mind that a. it's incredibly invasive by nature and relies on passive permissions that modern iOS devices now surface immediately, and b. by the same token is able to attribute a conversion with a 28-day lookback window, which is asinine for a lot of brands.
Idk about you, but if I run a CPM Facebook ad and a person scrolls down their timeline and stops on it for a second and keeps going, then clicks on a YouTube ad that I'm also running 27 days later and converts, I'm not attributing that conversion to Facebook.

Ah word. Lol I used to run ads for a pest, handyman, and landscaping company at the same gig. Genuinely really interesting industry.
