meat and vegetables is 80% of my diet. Might eat sum rice or pasta occasionally. No weird sugary s*** at all, never eat baked goods, never eat bread. Now i do drink all types of bullshit from juice and soda to liqour and wine, but thats not terrible

) sleep is important too, but diet and exercise helped me significantly as well

Started going to the gym whenever I had free time this past semester and have been the most fit in years. Also drinking a s*** ton of water and trying my best to have daily vitamins. The vitamins part is the most annoying but I feel the positives
Now that i think about it more i think another thing that rly helped my energy was yoga. It sorta helps release pent up energy from different parts of the body
