taking a break from music always works

Not a big fan of reading, only read when i need to for hw and stuff

people saying find new music, but i think the answer is to actually listen to your favorite albums and remember why you fell in love with them in the first place

Always found praying uncomfortable and not rly religious

Find a youtube channel u like start binging

I go listen to old stuff or just listen to instrumentals

Turn it off and ponder on what the issue is

I was just listening to electronic music I used to listen to as a kid

But fr, sometimes you just get burned out. Take a break from music, do other things. Eventually you’ll get bored of those things and come back to music
