I AM LOVEI just watched the video you linked. It's 100% true and real. That's your Higher Self. Look it up if you don't know what it is. But basically we're all born with a particular mission and purpose on this Earth. Every single one of us. And our Higher Self is the highest possible level of self we can reach. It is constantly guiding you and trying to get you to do the things that you know you need to be doing to achieve your purpose. Very cool stuff
