50/50. Testing was really uninspired and that album already had a 4 year wait. My hunch is that Rocky is just not that interested in rap or can’t seem to evolve much since ALLA. The big wait times are probably a sign he’s just not making music that he think’ll hit. The legs of Rocky’s album will prob be if he can roll out the album with a big single like Praise Da Lord/Fuckin Problems/etc.

Rocky can drop a great album if he keep it to his strentghs. Just pick a banger beat, put a catchy flow and hook on it and that's it. I feel though, that if he do this people will call it mid.

For me when he tries to get artsy and conceptual his s*** falls apart for me. I just want him to rap.
