Aug 1, 2023gunittopiaRocky can drop a great album if he keep it to his strentghs. Just pick a banger beat, put a catchy flow and hook on it and that's it. I feel though, that if he do this people will call it mid.
For me when he tries to get artsy and conceptual his s*** falls apart for me. I just want him to rap.

Still respect his attempts to be more ambitious but his “alt” type s*** was never my favorite sound from him
Sometimes his ideas sound good on paper and they’re just poorly executed, maybe he can find a happy medium on this next album

Yeah I know but that's the problem, since Yam's passing Rocky seems so directionless. I think he needs an new A&R with a better taste level than who ever is working with Rocky now.
