More that she is generally less active in actually legislating compared to her colleagues. I don't disagree that her agenda isn't likely to pass but that goes for nearly every member of the House. People rarely get their legislation passed in the first place. If you don't think she should try to sponsor bipartisan efforts and write legislation in ways comparable to the rest of the NY delegation then she might as well not be in Congress

I bet more people know her name than most any other house rep. Seems to me that her approach is to gain public support outside of the house rather than moving more center to compromise and get bills passed.
