Bought Sennheiser Momentum 4 recently which I used for first listens of albums when I'm free at home
But mostly use Jabra Elite 3 when I'm outside.
never buying airpod max's again. something that cost $500 shouldn't break after two years.

yall raving bout the xm5s f*** it imma cop
I have 4
ATH-M50XBT, ATH-M50, UE TripleFi 10 Pro, Anker Life Q30
I use the Anker Life Q30 the most though, sound isn't as good as the other 3 but they're way more comfy and still sound good enough. I've found over the years studio grade stuff isn't as durable and replacing it is expensive so I just keep those headphones at home, The UE & XBT headphones, at least have replaceable cables, which is usually what breaks.
M50's might've finally crapped out after 5 years, they still charge but for some reason won't turn on. They've been through a lot and are extremely durable but I do want to try something new. The volume and play buttons did break after the first year and the default cushions aren't as comfy as the replacement ones I got later on. Looks like the X5 is a good choice from reading the thread
S***ty microphone-less Sony wired earbuds at work because we can’t have anything with microphones or Bluetooth (sometimes use ATH-M50X’s there but they really scream “don’t talk to me”)
AirPods Pro for lightweight use on the go
Bose QuietComfort Ultra for air travel
AirPods Max when I want the best audio quality / for a lot of album first-listens

How comfortable are the XM5's? I recently bought the Sennheiser Momentum True 4's but I didn't like the fit. Kinda awkward to use when on the move.
I love the comfort of Airpods, the way they never slip out of your ears. I'd love to have earphones that fit like Airpods but with a better sound quality..

Well not as comfortable as the Airpods... But still good enough to be comfortable for at least 3-5 hours or more depending on the ear size and stuff like that... So I would personally recommend the XM5's

I have the XM5, they're pretty comfortable on my ears. But the real standout is the noise canceling, sound quality options, and especially the battery life. It's pricey but it's every bit worth the money spent. I don't see myself needing to upgrade again for another 5 years or so unless Sony makes another huge update in the future
