Litterally in the 2010s we had FISH evolve externally and internally very noticeably within SEVEN YEARS due to pollution in their lake. They even developed new organs.

You would see noticable changes in a a decade or less with how extreme the change was - the most extreme

Another example of rapid mass evolution was after the dinosaur extinction - although not as quick it was still quick af in the hundreds of years before it stabalized.

And again, you would still see them adapt and learn in real time within the first year regardless. They literally have to learn to eat, how to breathe, how to move on terrestrial land, what to eat, new weather exposure and more.

Also seeing the planet when it was radixally different and basically alien to the earth today would be dope. Where mushrooms were basically trees and big af, the unstable weather, the grass being more algae-like, volcanic black glass dirt everywhere etc. etc.
