Or you made it up you paid actor
This has nothing to do with Jay Rock but I remember somebody told me that YK Osiris label pays him to not drop music
with how def jam handles artists for the past like 10 years he’s better off not dropping s*** lol
Or you made it up you paid actor
Well lemme get the picture damn bro
Well lemme get the picture damn bro
Nah don’t even bother
I dont want your photoshopped picture
I saw him open for Kendrick on Kunta Groove Session tour if that counts
Prove it
Post a picture with Jay Rock or you’re another paid actor
The disrespect is blasphemous, that man gave us Follow Me Home & 90059
He fell off but still

What disrespect? You clearly didn’t read the post
I asked what “Jay Rock” does in his free time, I didn’t say anything disrespectful about his music
I don’t even think he fell off his last album was pretty good and his most successful, I just am questioning if he ever even existed

idk, i probably liked it more than follow me home tbh
I really liked For What Its Worth and The Bloodiest classic introspective Jay Rock same w that J Cole song
Knock It Off Jay Rock catchiest song, ES Tales was hella grimey
Then they werent great songs probably but Rotation, Tap Out, and Troopers I played a lot they were cool summer vibes
Then Kings Dead and Win were both fun and charismatic imo
Solid album for me
7k per million streams? The number I heard was like $1k per million
Although with songs like Kings Dead and the show money that’s still def probably enough to buy a gas station and chill or some s*** lol. That’s honestly what I’d do, just buy a bunch of convenience stores and fast food places and just hop into the rap game when I felt like it.
it’s $4k on spotify but it varies from service to service
Some rappers are fine living off royalties
Streaming made it so small-mid sized artists like jay rock never have to drop
Hes makes an estimated 56,000 A MONTH from streaming royalties if the $7k per million number is accurate even then, lower that to 10k a month. Some people are just happy doing nothing
I respect it
I'm sure he has a piece of the TDE pie too

See i hate the singles, Kings Dead was massively overhyped imo and got tired of that really fast. Win hook sounds so dead and uninspired i can't even vibe to it because it's just him saying WIN WIN WIN WIN with this goofy delivery

If anything I felt like Kings Dead was overhated because of how popular it is bc thats a good song imo
And yeah i felt the same way about Win until I realized the verses are actually very fun and charismatic and get overshadowed hard by the hook
He can do a backflip on stage
Wtf why do I remember this from seeing all 4 of them do a show like 10 years ago

Gotta disagree on this King's Dead is flames I still spin that s*** occasionally. But the WIN WIN WIN WIN s*** is accurate asf
