MBDTF too maximalist to influence the genre at large but it upped the ante to what a classic album should be

not super specific but the attention to detail and the extra stuff added onto every song. also the entire 'avante-garde' sound
but MBDTF can't really be influential because no artist on gods given earth can create anything even remotely to what kanye created on that album
