    I do medium-high heat so usually after 5 mins the water boils

    Crack an egg and it's instantly wholesome. Also doing the hack where you mix kewpie mayo with one egg and the flavor pack beforehand and then pour in the cooked noodle with the hot water. Makes for a richer broth s***s great and super easy

    I really want to make tonkotsu soon

    This is from the last time I made some.

    Made the broth from vegetable end cuts, some pork belly, and bone broth I bought.

    Had rendered out the fat of some pork belly to braise the pork shoulder in that I served with the ramen.

    Turned out good, but next time I got to try to make tonkotsu.

    Depending on the flavor brown sugar seems like it would be a more fitting sweetener than honey
