Ehhh y’all can only give him so much leeway on writing when in interviews he openly says “ I made this story decision “ or “ I did push ups against my leading actor to make a story choice “ . Like I’m not even hating in interviews he explains it better but as a director to consistently have 4 movies back to back where there is a 3.5 hour cut that would significantly improve the movie tells me that you struggle at telling a story . Either through being convoluted or exposition. The better question is what does a Zack Snyder tv show look like . He is doing an anime

Agreed Snyder is not a good storyteller or at directing actors but Idk I think if he had a stronger partner he could be evened out.

Like someone to tell him no more like his relationship with WB was detrimental to his career imo.

Probably Watchmen directors cut for me. Was actually one of the first movies of seen that had an extended cut that long. But my first viewing of it was the extended cut and I hadn't known it. so to me that was the only version

With all that being said, as far as a film goes I think it's pretty solid. I see the issues in the adaptation but as a movie alone it bangs.

Man Of Steel was refreshing. I cant agree that BvS is better than MoS. It did some things better but a lot of it was worse.

I have to watch Dawn Of The Dead again. I remember thinking it was hard as hell. Really good.

300 is really up there especially if you only watch it once.
