@chloehotline @youngtubesteak what's yo info on empire i dunno anyone on that label but also i'm not good w/ knowing which artists belong to what labels in general, but i'm curious what they do good
Empire gives artists 80% revenue and only they get to keep their publishing and their masters a year after a song/project is released. Which is better than someone owning them for 10 years (United Masters)
Empire had/has X, some of Griselda, Robb Banks and a few other lesser known folks

Also Caroline has Trippie Redd and a few other artists from that 2016-17 soundcloud era
Ultimately GOOD and every other artist label is just a subsidiary of a bigger label
They don’t get really any more say for being on GOOD than they would for being on any other Universal label other than slightly different management etc
Interesting..
Nope. Look at Maco, Skippa and Jose Guapo a lot of their early acts got pushed to the side when Boat came and thats not right
They wrong but the amount of folks that get it popping now is different

@frenchpress also gives artists an opportunity to start their own label and partner with them. For example, Young Dolph ( Paper Route Empire).
