Not true
I got the job in the office and was about to come in a suit for the interview and the women who hooked me up with a job, told me don’t.
It depends on profession and job type/position I guess.
Is something like this good?

i feel like most ppl wont tell u the dress code for an interview lol
and thus its far safer to wear a suit

Nah
Just wear a button down shirt with khakis and some derby’s, could add a slim tie to it if you feeling it.

That’s true, op just have to figure out himself about the company and how they might dress.
But suits to interviews are mostly financial/business jobs or jobs with high positions imo
I heard your supposed to dress a step above what they wear there. idk how true that is, but something a step above business casual is probably safe. definitely wear a button down and some trousers and maybe a sweater

Do you think suede is better then leather derbys?

Suede will go better with khakis and leather with trousers imo
