As much as I want the album to drop this week, I feel it more for Sept. 18 and I'm totally okay with that. And besides, Sept. 17 (west coast release) will be the anniversary for when Nothing Was the Same Leaked and also the initial release date. Looking super forward to see what vibe this album will bring. Toronto really been the only place producing good music this year (XO) so I really need some tunes to roll into 2021. Praying for an AM/PM track and another aoty. Also praying the opps dont try to sabotage this one again.

He said that in April? That was the beginning of lockdowns/corona... remember everyone thought in a few months everything would be back to normal.

There's still no time in sight to when touring will be fine again, clubs/bars still shutdown, etc. It's just still not the environment to have an album era. I think he'd rather be able to have a full rollout.
