I mean I know he said Summer but who actually thinks September as a summer month even if it technically is? He obviously wanted an album out for people to enjoy their summer with but with Covid still rampant and the lack of news, promo and singles it should have been obvious it wasn't coming out by like halfway through August and now we in September.

I would think everyone should be excited for FINALLY an October album from October's Very Own all we gotta do is wait a month or two. But people still like "ayoo summer don't end til September 22nd!! we still got time!!!" as if Drake would be that technical about dropping in summer

I remember this time last year when I was thinking it was going to be a October album.

This album has been in the works for awhile and I’m so eager to hear what he’s been cooking up. From the raptors winning, to drake’s silence, and of course him being able to focus 100% on the quality of the music instead of beef. Maybe that’s why it’s taking so long? He wants to make sure every inch of it is classic and makes a statement.
