I know, I've always thought it's been unintuitive and not ergonomic, you know? like I have to move my whole shoulder to click on something when I could literally just move my finger on the trackpad? why would i prefer a touchscreen laptop? i don't understand the benefits
people like touchscreen, just cause
remember when touchscreen was introduced in sci-fi movies since the 60's?
is like a flying car thing.
I need a well running AR pair of glasses so we can ditch the whole phone thing.
Lowkey can’t wait for the day AR contact lenses are available but ima prob be dead by then lol

true.
i mean the iPad keyboard is fire. but that tech was done way back in 2012.
its so weird to see things progressing really slowly.
AMD/Apple inhouse chips should have been here ages ago.

yeah I agree a large nice touchpad is way better than a touch screen, way easier to use and then my screen won't be covered in finger prints
touchscreens on laptops are for boomers

Damnn never thought about that
Apple Pen 2 compatibility on all products.
Especially for Macbook Pro Touchpad.
Drawing would be so easy.
I would personally like an overhaul of the hotspot feature so it actually f***ing works

A shape shifting robot that doubles as a 3d display and fits in your pocket but grows to a size larger than the average human.
I'd like it to use a closed mesh of continuum robots, preferably actuated with IPMCs.
Basically this but with an opaque surface and more complexity/control.

MacBook Air: make it like u said
MacBook Pro: leave it as it is (no touchscreen )
Need 512gb to be a standard minimum
i wish they would but they have every reason not to
since the beginning, apple has never had control of market share like they do with the ipad
they never sold more than like 20% of computers ever
they dont even sell 50% of smartphones nowadays
but they actually sell like 90% of tablets
android almost doesn't exist in the tablet world, so if they can grow the market they can prob make more from that than the iphone
makes sense why they want so bad the ipad to be the "next big thing" and why they shill it so hard
KNEW IT
they are gonna go mad max on their on chips to their Macbook Pro's because Intel & AMD monopolised chips thus upgrading their laptops in previous years was obsolete.
iPadOS coming to macOS fluidity.
Everything streaming.
Trying to up their 10% in the technology world by getting android users.
They want you to buy their whole line and upgrade every year for $50 monthly payment.
Closest you guys are getting to a touchscreen MacBook is the new iPad Pro + Magic Keyboard {which is incredibly dope}
Just copped
