I do à mix of both I guess, write down the really important stuff and just remember things by listening closely, that's just how I work tho

In the past week 2 mangers and one co-worker I don’t know that well have pulled me aside and asked if I’m ok, one of the mangers said I look like I’m zombie

I also keep zoning out all the time

One of my co-workers who I get along with and talk to sometimes said too me I should take 2 weeks off to get my head right

So next week I got 2 weeks to get back to normal
