i feel like i can't trust myself because of my parents and other people who constantly devalue me. whether it be gaslighting or just straight up harassment really takes a toll on me. i only feel able to express myself just a little while i'm at school, outside, or somewhere on campus. lately they've been ruining all my hobbies though I don't want to blame them too much because im a grown man but the setbacks they've directly caused in so many aspects of my life are so f***ed up im very confident I can fix all of them soon, but some days it just feels hard. my interpersonal monologue is literally just filled with their voices of disapproval at some points.
