Good or bad experience? Was it worth it?
i stopped cause i developed tinnitus in my right ear and ive been scared of it getting worse. music on speakers simply does not hit the same so its been pretty bad but you get used to it i guess.
started using headphones a bit again but i keep the volume low between 40-50 db and i think because of the hiatus those volumes now feel adequately loud for music to hit again so thats been very nice
im also aware now of how long i am using headphones per day/session. if im listening to something thats not music (video, movie etc) im strictly on speakers. also I may still just go back to speakers depending on how the ear feels
overall though music is certainly a lesser part of my life now and i dont think thats going to reverse
I eat vegetables everyday dude lol, I eat healthy trust me. I just absolutely love chips
Right now it’s Nacho Cheese but maybe it will change this afternoon

one sip of black coffee and my stomach turns into a a death grips beat. No way in hell im gonna stop drinking that stuff tho

Not all coffee is roasted the same. Have you experimented with strengths, notes and acidity?
