i also believe that exercise is very important for the kundalini awakening. not too much, but a healthy amount of exercise helps to conduct and move energy. yoga in particular is great for this, however as i said overdoing it can be problematic
The connection between s***and the kundalini is extremely fascinating. Some say that absolute abstinence is the best approwch for spiritual awakening because you can conduct store move and channel the sexual energy. But it is also possible to use o***** to push the kundalini upwards for the purpose of completing the awakening process. It is also possible to initiate the kundalini awakening thru o*****.
So it is not fair to say that s***and spiritual progress are a dichotomy. They can be used in fusion to progress each other in a positive manner
Also, people who are extremely easily aroused are likely to have experienced a kundalini awakening, the connection between the sexual energy and the kundalini is as close as the connection between mass and gravity, they are one in the same
"The American Medical Association consensually declared masturbation as normal in 1972"
"1972: Deep Throat became one of the first adult films to gain a mainstream audience."
Testosterone and all types of s*** have gone down hill since then.
Semen retention/celibacy >

i described the circle theory stuff, i think its essential to move around the circle in a sense, so that you master both opposites. for sexual energy this means oscilatting between abstinence and tantric s***practice
from what i understand s***is actually good for raising testosterone if not overdone

Two classics.
They don't make games like they used to. Then again...that boomer shooter renaissance is solid.
I think we peaked with pop culture everything in the 2000s or early 2010s.
