    Yes, but the thing to remember with that is that it's a supplement, it shouldn't just be your main source of micronutrients. If you need to fill in some gaps that what you should use it for, but you can also get the specific micronutrient that you aren't getting and take that instead.

    1) stop eating out
    2) control your snacking

    Im terrible about snacking so some days I won’t have a meal and just snack. I also run a mile every day to off set what I eat but that’s cause my metabolism sucks and I won’t gain weight
