You don't even know what kind of advancements are going to happen in 5 years to say that s***. They could minimize the cost of certain things by then. The ps5 will definitely have a long life and never in the history of PlayStation have they not made an upgrade mid-gen. I promise you there will be a "slim" or "pro" version one day and that's not even considering revisions that are going to get done to it at some point.
