    He was definitely influenced by them, especially during his psychedelic era.. that "Around the World in a Day" album. I think he denied it at the time, but s*** was obvious.

    "When U Were Mine" and "She's Always in My Hair" sound very Beatles-esque too, but maybe that was just coincidence.
