All mainstream & artists trying to be mainstream beats "sound the same" or want the same because of the streaming algorithm n them want to please that algorithm or else they wont get recommended or promoted nowhere near as much.

And the algorithm prefers to feed you this n why its hard to find new "unique" music without going way out your way searching or being told from someone else.

It sucks. See artists struggling with it from local to somewhat popping in local studios i worked at before covid & info from producers that have done more than me.

If youre not "the standard" then you gotta get big outside of the streaming service for the streaming algorithm to give af. Thats the alternative lol.

So u saying steaming platforms a***yze the audio and basically compare it to other popular music?

    Yup.

    And i mean "average" mainstream.

People on the top layer like Drake, Kendrick, Kanye, Travis and a few others of course dont have to worry about it because of how huge they are, how big their fanbases are, previous success history & how important their engagement potential is makes them unaffected.

Basically 95 to 97 percent are affected tho, if they want a certain level of exposure through streaming.

Its like a similar issue with Youtube - its algorithm & the creator space there, although a bit different.

Drake and Travis is the number 1 and 2 at playing the algorithm lol

Todd Boehly controls the music industry (Billboard, has an investment firm with every major label head being a part of it. Those exec. Awards are really who made the most money this year), Hollywood journalists (HFPA), and won’t be surprised when Chelsea wins the league this year or next like the Dodgers did after he took over. His organizations (on the executive level) are infamous for lack of people of color inclusion btw

    I have basic health insurance

I sprained by back and went to the hospital for 4 hours. they gave me medication and charged me $500 lol and my health care covered half. You think I can dispute it?

Just curious of how I go about this and what my first step should be.
