I used to run competitively in high school through college and then stopped for a few years, now I'm back at it just for fun and I love it. Just put on a podcast and run, if I wanna stop and walk in the middle I can since there's no coach.
I've also been boxing a lot lately, not actually fighting just hitting a bag. It's a ton of fun and it's a great workout.

I wish nah I'm on the third floor of an apartment they'd never give me my deposit back. I go to a cheap (kinda s***ty) gym a mile or so away from my house
