RT garlic goes in almost every dish I make.
I'm tryna be like Jacques Pepin with the garlic. The way he crushes and basically purees that s*** with just a knife is legendary. Truly goated on the sticks.

Onions & peppers, especially chili peppers. Potatoes and cauliflower super versatile too. Lettuce, spinach, and other greens are nice additions but are more filler. Tomatoes are the goat for sauces.
