BUT you clearly have an issue with yourself if you do a surgery.
Apart from that you should like yourself without exteriors being the main focus, you're probably caving into some societal pressure and madeup beauty standards of your culture (we had a thread about this recently where I explained why perceived beauty is relative for every culture) if you feel the need to do surgery.

Remember you're not a product that needs to be marketed, you are you and you're alright the way you are. You don't need to strife for an 'ideal' that doesn't exist, because physical beauty can be defined in many ways, don't fall for the hyperconsumerist propaganda that you need to look a certain type of way.

People feel like they have a right to judge people who may have went too far with regards to altering the natural beauty they already had (Lil Kim, Michael Jackson, Lark Voorhies, etc.) without considering the industry they live in, the insecurities they came into their fame with, etc.

People arrogantly assume that if they like you or how you look, you should like yourself, but the reality is that you can hate yourself when the entire world loves you and vice versa.
