What is it going to guys, this s*** is black people are suffering around all the time. What is it honestly going to take. Lets have this conversation, leave no stone unturned.
Besides all of these protests that are aimed to create change. For our voices to be heard what long term changes need to be made to stop all of this hurt and injustice???
bodycams
psych evals for new cops to limit sociopathy
They have body cams already
This s*** has been happening around the world.
I live in a country where black people are the majority but we still face racism at the harshest level.
A system that doesn’t consciously oppress them
But what would be a way to set up this system. I feel we ourselves need to be able to define the difference so that it can be put into action.
This s*** has been happening around the world.

And there is still colorism and classism in majority black countries as well. The whole system has to be thrown away
it'll stop when white people will cease inherently thinking everything is theirs for the taking, it'll cease when we stop halfassing research and the having the motive to see things through w/ more reading, applying, and continuously introducing new ideas/methods seeing what sticks.
the generational trauma will come to a halt when our wealth is reestablished digitally, our problems actually sorted w/ actual black therapists, access to more opportunities etc the list could go infinitely on and on.
I feel racism and discrimination(harassment)crimes should punishable by death, that could be a start to stop this nonsense
non violence is bullshit by the way research the panthers, WUO, and other de facto movements that had a strict purpose to exercise their rights by any means necessary.
It’s not going to stop for a long time. We will be old.
Its tiring, the entirety of our lives we will be protesting for what's right.

Media should be changed, our virtual world should be changed. Education should be changed where it is of utmost importance for children to learn about different types of people and how to be respectful of other cultures and not leave it up to their parents to decide because all that turned to s***.
Working systems should be changed. Laws should be changed, outlets to voice opinions should be bigger and people should have more transparency in regards to issues concerning their country or the world.
So much s*** is being hidden from us, so much misinformation shared, so much injustice happening. When will the leaders of the world realise that their decisions of ignoring black issues and other issues from other POC are crippling the world at large.
Toppling the state is just about the only way. Black people, other minorities, the poor -- all have attempted playing by-the-book politely and peacefully requesting reform for 200+ years, and ground only gets made when the white plutocrats decide to dispense a little liberty to quell dissent.
