Just realized I’ve never listened to the entire projects in their og format, only individual songs
I’ve been listening to the Trilogy versions since as long as I can remember
Think I’ll give them a shot tbh

beatsbyMARCTrilogy as it is more convenient (mainly listen to music on Spotify). Unfortunately Birds Part 2 sound trash in the trilogy version, so I have to skip it :-(
If the Original tapes would be on streaming, I would probably prefer them tbhWait, what? Trilogy version sounds the same to me lol

whippet volverseit just sounds like more of a studio album. kinda louder and more "mixed" or whatever. i still listen to the og version regularly bc that's what i have downloaded but it's worth a listen for certain songs imo
what you need is not one of those songs tho
taking out the sample destroyed the entire song

Trilogy cuz it’s on streaming. Till Dawn is one of the best tracks on EOS as well, wraps up the whole project really well.

Apr 10, 2020Teal_The trilogy is more polished and sounds much clearer. That's about it, aside from a few samples removed in the trilogy version, for whatever reason. It's more immersive but it's lacking a bit of the charm and atmosphere of the OGs.
You’re right. The remastering takes a little bit of the magic out on Trilogy. The original YouTube drops were on another level again tho

Really depends what song, some sound better on trilogy other songs sound better on the mixtapes. But mainly listen to trilogy cus its on Spotify
