The album for that tour sold 8.9 million copies in a year btw

You’re discrediting his achievements and artistic ability as basic pop music when it clearly isn’t because it captivated audiences at an exceptional level for a long period of time.
His music made a cultural impact and was widely accepted on multiple continents by different audiences. He regularly collaborated with artists outside of his genre and continues to do so (even produced a track on Giggs debut)
