most gen x people didn't acknowledge them as the best decades for music until this decade
boomers grew up listening to music from those decades and always had the best taste in music so they're the best generation ever
I love music from any era but my preference will always be 80s and after because most of my fav genres became a thing or really developed from then
I'm black, the 60s were not great.
it had the best r&b music along with the 70s
rap, alternative rock, jungle/drum and bass, ambient
yeah man I'm not taking the 60s and 70s

the 60s and 70s also had the best salsa music

Millenials do. It's these goddamn zoomers that can't wrap their head around the level of craft from back then that we will likely not see again.

i'd say half of millennials acknowledge it now compared to like a quarter 15-20 years ago
kurt cobain from gen x was a real one and he was only in his 20s
we're lucky to have the internet and have free and easy access to any music now
