We know about the different brain development stages at certain milestone ages like 25

Was wondering if any of y’all had anecdotal experience you could share on the changes you noticed

Yes. IIRC in the year 25, I woke up and knew things were different

A little bit but it’s hard to explain, I guess I wouldn’t say super substantial but it does feel like time starts to go a lot faster around then

Yeah but you won’t see it until your older. Around 24/25 I moved out and got a full time job and struggled financially and mentally. But that helped mold my current thought process. I’ve always had the same mindset since little but those years helped realize who I am a bit more. What I can go through. There’s still a lot of steps left in life so don’t let this one year period of your 80ish years on this earth determine who you are.

Fully transitioned into seeing myself in third person, mentally that is. Resulting in me being able to see all of my wiring and rewire as I see fit.

    Embraced myself fully as well

Yes I started questioning what I was doing in life and realizing that work is not a place I was going to find fulfillment
