Travis is about 1-2 years away from being described as that. If not already tbh
He started being described as that the moment Astroworld sold 500k first week
He has literally had ONE big hit on the charts so idk how you can call someone the biggest rapper when they haven't even proven to have a huge hit two times
Highest in the Room & The Scotts debuted #1, but they fell off very quick, and absolutely nobody will remember them as massive hits to any degree.
His sales took a dramatic jump up, his records debuting at #1 lately
Lmfao

This ^ and his biggest song is because of the help of drake

That’s what I’m saying bro!!! The sicko mode run was impressive but let’s be real that was the drake stimulus effect
Don't forget yall OP made threads such as
''drunk texted my ex''
''Still simping over my ex a year later help''
''Does uzi have classics?''
and his name is Yung Papi
This is a certified Drake stan and as you all should know by now it is dumb to put energy and effort into trying to discuss music related stuff with stans
So, save your energy for something else fam
Travis did 3 LA shows over the course of two tour legs. Drake did 7 in 9 days. Kendrick did 4 in 6 days. Y'all stop it
he became one of the top 3 or top 4 over the last 2 years, so people aren't wrong
drake is far ahead of everyone else tho. and post if you count him as a rapper lol
Back down to 300k
you say back down to 300k like it's a bad thing
that's a success that still makes him one of the biggest artists out
Bundles helped him a lot, but he might have got bigger since then. he's still selling and streaming 2 years on, that's got to be more than bundles.
Maybe the bundles exaggerating how big he was made everyone pay attention to him. it's sort of like how Bowie used to go around with more security than he needed and act like a bigger star than he was cos he thought it would make a big star if he did. and it worked

300K is great. Better than 95% of rappers. But it doesn't make you the biggest.

Being a big artist isn't all about hit songs. according to spotify, most months post and drake are the only rappers with more monthly listeners.
maybe he doesn't have big hit anthems like drake but his actual music overall is popular.
Also he's got more than one big hit. you're dumb if you think charts are the only way to measure a hit. people know songs like Goosebumps more than most number one songs. charts are just about how much momentum an artist had on their first week, some songs grow over time

Franchise after 4 days is being outstreamed by Cardi, Drake and Internet Money's month old singles on Spotify US

Congrats on your research you want a cookie?
I’m not a blind drake Stan nor a blind Travis Scott hater, I dislike the “he’s bigger than drake“ narrative tho bc he’s literally not

No but idk if anyone thinks he's the biggest.
Everything going on with Trav right now makes him one of the biggest. And imo top 2 or top 3.
I think the 'biggest' narrative is more people saying if drake fell off or slowed down to make movies or parent, then Trav would be the most likely person to take his spot. i think that's probably true tbh, but i don't think drake is slowing down yet
Pretty sure it’s people trying to get a reaction out of Drake stans
That’s why I do it

Nobody seriously says Travis is bigger than Drake though, so why even make this thread
Only people saying that are trolls
Next to Drake & Kendrick he's the biggest rn tho in hiphop

and some of these people really say “he’s drake level big”

Scotts spent as less time in the top 20 than LNCL did in the top 5 on billboard hot 100 (its #4 this week)

i think big artists are about more than one song hitting or missing tho.
WAP could end up as the biggest rap hit oty, but i don't think that makes Cardi bigger than Trav, Drake and Kendrick
