His parents really told police a fake place to search for him and police can't exactly charge them for that unless they find evidence of it

He got a 3 day heard start to find somewhere to hide smh

What’s crazy is I don’t think it was him people are pushing that narrative like f***ing sheep it must be him omgg
I think they obviously had another argument got physical again and he either just pushed her out the car or she got out around night time
Then he drove back trying to find her couldn’t see her anywhere freaked tf out aaand she got picked up by a f***ing killer so f***ing sad
That’s why he’s silent about it it’s the smartest thing to do when it seems like you could be involved
But of course I could be dead wrong I just watch JCS videos

    right
everyone is like "obviously he's guilty"

s*** looks sus as F*** but i don't blame him for lawyering the f*** up and shutting the f*** up. that's what you're supposed to do

the situation is super f***ed up though

after watching the traffic stop and seeing the marks on his face and how she was acting "i was distracting him"

she probably was hitting dude and he probably snapped and kicked her out the car or left her somewhere thinking he's within his rights to do so because she was hitting him

he dips, comes to his senses, cant find her and then just goes back home

ironically sad because if she had got arrested for domestic violence he never would have had chance to leave her

you know I understand wanting to point out how women/people of color receive less media coverage when these things happen but can we maybe do it not on the day that girls body is found... just comes off as so insensitive

    On a side note

64k black women went missing last year making up 10% of missing cases

Black women only make up 7% of the US population

Why was this the time and place ? Then make threads about it

Yeah, these stats are disgusting. In Canada, there’s something called the highway of tears in which hundreds of native women disappeared and were murdered. The big difference with this case is timing and the era of social media and how everyone could start being an investigators. In other cases we often can’t join investigation.

I don’t have a dog in the fight either way but it’s just as much a grasp in the dark to say he straight up killed her

At best tho he’s still wrong bc he left her in the middle of nowhere

    Dog he's on the run

    What fight

The fight of trying to paint dude as some wacked out serial killer before we have any real information

People take situations like these and project their own feelings about men/women dynamics onto random situations

just my opinion though, like i said in another post at "best" he left her in the middle of nowhere which is still pretty f***ed up

Can he get charged with anything in the case where he just drove off and left her in the desert? Probably one of the most likely cases and directly lead to her death but I wonder what they could charge him for

yes, leaving someone in a hostile environment like that with no transportation or shelter can be charged as involuntary manslaughter or criminal neglect. if he had her phone it also meant he denied her communication.

i forgot that the van was legally owned by her so you can tack on an auto theft charge as well

Kinda weird to say it's a "grasp in the dark" to assume he killed her when she had been missing for multiple days, dude lawyered up and disappeared after driving cross the country and being home for more than a week without her
