SolidSnakuyes, leaving someone in a hostile environment like that with no transportation or shelter can be charged as involuntary manslaughter or criminal neglect. if he had her phone it also meant he denied her communication.
i forgot that the van was legally owned by her so you can tack on an auto theft charge as well
Not only did he take her only ride/shelter he also drove away with all of her survival gear/food in the van

I think where yāallās thinking cap is becoming loose is that by saying that he didnāt necessarily kill her is somehow absolving him of whatever he did do wrong

To answer your question my personal theory is that she was hitting on dude and he left her (which is still f***ed up for the 100th time) but I see how that is a more difficult story to consider than he chopped her up outta nowhere and then went back home expecting no one to say anything lol
