Working summer job, about to start college, but had to play so I went to the white park in my city and it was lit with people lol
I was 21 and in my second year of my degree. It was wild seeing my town full of people in large groups playing it. F*** I won't see that again after Covid hit.
life was so simple back then man
i wanna go back
seriously though i agree passage of time
I never used it, but the one thing I remember about it the most was seeing a bunch of guys mid 20s (who I used ride at the skatepark with when I was younger) race past me on BMXes in the pouring rain with their phones out looking for pokemon. was like I'd gone back 10 years in time seeing that sight.
had just graduated college & that summer was the best of my adulthood lol i remember walking to a lake in my hometown with my friend at like 1 am after the bars and there were legit hundreds of people playing pokemon go, some laying on the grass, some playing music s*** was a movie lmao
I wanted to play but I was still using a galaxy S3 which wasn't compatible so i missed out on the whole wave by the time I got a phone that could play it.
All I did that summer was stay inside and watch anime all day in my hot ass room thank god that fall semester of college made up for everything. 2016 was life changing for me.
Man that s*** was an event
Would go out with homies to catch Pokémon and there would be so many damn people doing the same thing everywhere you went
So damn fun
First year of college. My phone was too trash to run the game though, so I was just watching everyone else run around catching Pokémon
House arrest. So I was just sitting in my living room catching Pokemon while all the homies was outside. It was cool whenever I had to check in, go to court, or go to work tho.
I was in college, cracked my 6s Plus doing that s***
bro lost charizard and hit the pavement
On my last summer break, gearing up for Senior year
