serenadestreaming has been miserably weak all year, if the highest streamed songs weren't so low then radio wouldn't have such a stranglehold over the charts.
compare the streaming numbers to last year, they are way more dominant than they are now.Rain On Me was never heard after that week

airMost Spotify listeners are not independent listeners , they just use playlist and they’ll have this kid Lori on one playlist 10 times I’ve seen it with my own eyes
Laroi definitely has a lot of listeners
Definitely not enough to stay top 3 for 6 months tho

Idk I guess their argument is that people don’t choose what gets played on the radio, therefore it shouldn’t count on the charts? Even though that’s how things have been done since the literal birth of the Hot 100
