I don’t think so tbh. Look at previous artists’ merch drops. Travis dropped that melted vinyl special edition that said it would ship within 8-12 weeks. ended up pushing like 32 weeks. Orders stayed as honored. No email correspondence unless someone opened a case and they said “it’s still being worked on”
