ReebI don’t think so tbh. Look at previous artists’ merch drops. Travis dropped that melted vinyl special edition that said it would ship within 8-12 weeks. ended up pushing like 32 weeks. Orders stayed as honored. No email correspondence unless someone opened a case and they said “it’s still being worked on”
the rules are different for anything that comes with a non music item
they have to ship within that 6 months or they won’t count

if it’s music and merch it has to ship
if it’s just music then it doesn’t matter
