I'm not sure how you can measure impacting the people cause people have different tastes.
Tons of people down South were impacted by Boosie and consider him a legend for example and he'd even be compared to Pac sometimes. Would that put him on the same level as Kendrick when it comes to impacting people?
It's hard to say because, if I head out to Compton or the West, they'll probably tell me "Hell no" but, down South, it's a different ballgame.
